The Club is open from the beginning of 0th week to the end of 9th week each term. Term dates are noted here. Opening hours are Monday to Saturday 11.30 – 3.00 and 18.00 – 23.00.
Outside term and these hours the Club is open for private events. These can be booked in advance through the Steward.
Members visiting Oxford are welcome to contact the Club and we will always try to open if viable. In the first instance please contact the Steward, Tom Smith, on 01865 722984 or by email at steward@vincents.org
The bursar and alumni administrator bursar@vincents.org and the President president@vincents.org are also always happy to try to help.
Entry may be gained by ringing the bell to the right of the door on King Edward’s Street. However any member who would like their own Club swipe card to gain entry more easily is welcome to request one from the Bursar, copying in the administrator. The swipe card is personalised and may also help gain entry to our reciprocal Clubs. The club is also accessible by wheelchair.
